How it works?
Not ready to relocate permanently? No problem. We place candidates in temporary roles so you can experience a new location, team and kitchen before committing. Most of our roles include complimentary transport, accommodation and meals on shift — so all you need to bring is your skills and your tools of trade.
Every candidate we place has either worked with us successfully before or been personally referred by someone who has. That means no cold CVs, no advertising lottery, no unreliable hires. We manage payroll, superannuation, Workcover and public liability — so you can focus on running your venue. And if something isn’t right, our one-strike policy means we’ll act on it immediately.
